Gulf Shores Unit 101

I love Gulf Shores. Girls trip all over 50. Great location and very well decorated. Cooked everyday. Had everything we needed. This is my 4 th time to stay here. I love it. We will be back soon

Our air conditioner went out the first night and was not fixed until 4 days later. Stephanie at the front desk and the maintenance crew were very friendly and accommodating but the main supervisor was very rude and disrespectful. He needs extensive customer service instead of raising his voice at the paying customers.

Overall we love coming to Gulf Shores but this time with the tropical storm coming in it would be nice to get a partial refund when we don't stay for 2 out of the 6 days we booked as that's a lot of money. The staff was friendly and assisted when we asked for extra towels. The condo was a little run down since the last two times we stayed. In addition the floor was dirty when we arrived and had not been sweep/mopped. It was nice we had special soap for tar wash off at the beach entrance that was provided by Gulf Shores. The grills are also nice but need a brush as they were dirty and we had not thought about bringing one. Overall love the space and location close to the beach. Wish their was a way to prohibit people fishing off the beach in this area during the day as that was not fun while our children tried to swim beside them.

Staff super nice n helpful. We go yearly to Porta Aransas and enjoy our stay at Gulf Shores. I gave it a 4 star because unit did not have a cutting board and bbq pits to far from condos and no restrooms near pits. We ended up cooking our meal in the oven. Otherwise everything is fine at this place. Beach very close.

We have stayed at Gulf Shores Condos several times and it will continue to be my favorite place to stay! If I can afford it- worth every penny. The kindness & assistance the employees provide is the BEST!Grateful!

It was our first time visiting and we really enjoyed the private balcony and beautiful views from the beach. The staff was great as well and very helpful. We hope to come back soon!

It's a great location, has everythjing you need and the staff was friendly and helpful. The condo was perfect for the 3 of us and had all the amenities!Wish the pool had been heated for cool October weather, but the hottub was great. Would definitely come back!! +Plus great ocean views! :)

Love the room, super clean, friendly staff and perfect location to the beach and surrounding area for food, coffee and drinks. Have stayed here before and chose this particular room because of the privacy and location. Will def stay again and highly recommend

Condo was clean, modern, and updated! Pool/hot tub area are well-maintained & a great spot to hang out after the beach….and the beach is only steps away from the condo! Tar has made an unwelcome comeback, however, so bring remover! Overall an amazing stay….can't wait to come back!

Loved the condo! Arranged nicely as everything we needed other than food was available. Grandson lad a blast on the beach and in the pool. He made some new friends at the beach. Overall stay was very pleasant and the staff friendly and accommodating. Will be back soon I hope.

We loved everything about Gulf Shores! The location of our room was perfect. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. Loved how close we were to the beach and the view was amazing!

Great room and view. Super friendly office staff. Very clean, comfortable and surpassed our expectations. Easy access to the beach. I found my new "vaca stay" location when I want to enjoy some time in the sun with my family. Highly recommend.

This was base camp for a quick trip to see regional track event. The condos are very convenient, close to the water. Our condo was renovated and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

I've been coming to Port A for several years now, and Gulf Shores is by far the best! We loved the views and the short walk to the beach! Unit 101 was close to the pool and playground, which was amazing for my family with small children! Cannot wait to come back:)

The whole place was Amazing It felt so warmWhoever designed the colors put a lot of love ❤️ And was very clean It was our 31st Wedding Anniversary the weather didn't work for usBut maybe we can save for a Summer Vacation Thank you for sharing a piece of heaven

Astonished as soon as I entered by the layout and amenities. Superb location and view of the beach where there was nothing but peace and relaxation. It was a welcoming environment that I did not want to leave. Looking forward to a future opportunity to stay here again.

I received a call just as I was driving to Gulf Shores offering me contactless check in. This was so convenient and very helpful. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Cassandra was extremely helpful with the Keurig and bedroom TV. Both were not working and she came to condo and solved both issues.I love this unit with 2 outdoor spaces and being so close to beach is a real plus. I look forward to visiting again.

Having been cooped up for the past several months, we could tell this was the perfect rental unit for us, and it was. This unit had its own private patio in the front overlooking the pool, which was perfect for viewing sunsets! The patio overlooking the ocean was even better, great for sunrises! We can't wait to go back again!

We have been vacationing for over 17 years, and stayed at several condos. The Gulf Shores was the best, so close to the beach. The unit sur-passes all we have seen. The staff was the best and so helpful in our needs. great job. We will be back.

It could use an iron and ironing board and a broom and dust pan.Very clean unit and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Great view and access to the beach.

Fantastic unit and was very clean. Everything was perfect. The one thing was that the office did not have clean towels on the day we left, but it was so close to check-out I won't fault them, especially with the times we are in.
